Wedding gown sizes typically run one or two sizes smaller than store-bought clothing, so we do not focus on gown size. Each designer tends to operate differently. Our goal is to outfit the bride into the bridal gown that entirely amuses her inches, and alterations add the final finishing touch.

Due to the nature of our business, there are no returns, refunds, or cancellations. Once we place an order with a designer, they do not allow us to alter or cancel the order. Since the order is made for your requested size/color/style, our designers also do not accept returns, so we are not able to send back merchandise.

We do not do alterations on-site, but brides do have access to the top wedding dress seamstresses in the area. These experts specifically work on bridal and formal attire and consistently meet the quality demands that we, and more importantly, our brides, expect. Alterations are not included in the price of the gown.

Let K McCray Bridal know your actual budget and we will help you find the best gown for you. In general, our bridal gowns are from $1000 to $4500.

We recommend shopping for your wedding dress soon after you choose your wedding date and venue. Most gowns take between four to six months to arrive from the date you order the dress, so to give yourself a stress-free experience and to avoid rush fees, it's great to start shopping between nine months and a year before your wedding. If you have less than six months before your big day, we still have options that can be ready in time for your wedding. Rush fees and availability depend on the designer

You may wear whatever makes you comfortable underneath the gowns, but we do require underwear. Feel free to wear Spanx! They are great for foundational support and help the gowns to slide right on

Absolutely not! We want you to come in with a completely open mind and not feel pressured. However, we do have a cancellation fee of $25 for no shows or cancellations within 48 hours. We do this because we are saving this spot just for you!

Here in the store you will be trying on our sample gowns. We will order you a new gown based on your measurements and from there it will take 4-8months to arrive. We will call you once your gown has arrived and arrange a pick up appointment.
